Alii Rentals was the perfect choice for us in Kauai. We needed to make a few changes to our reservation and they were so accommodating. The instructions for pick up were clear and it was an easy process even after a long flight. The Jeep was in great condition. Appreciated having the Jeep for sandy beach parking spots and removing the panels to take in the beautiful sights. Drop off was even easier than pick up. I would recommend them very highly!

The car fit is purpose for our visit to Kaua'i. The only safety concern I had was last night on island it rained. We had a 50 min drive from Kapa'a to Princeville, Pitch dark, wipers were terrible!!! Unacceptable for Kaua'i, not to have excellent wipers on any vehicle. My recommendation is before you leave the lot have them hose the windshield and turn on the wipers make sure that they function and are in excellent condition.

This was a great car that was much needed while exploring all of Kauai. Pick up and drop off process was very easy and straight forward. Only note for renters is make sure to count how much luggage before you make additional beach rentals! We also rented chairs, umbrellas and a cooler which were amazing additions to trip!

If renting from cruise port the walk to the parking lot was off of a main highway as stated so you are walking uphill Very close to vehicles. FYI I called to get a shuttle to take us back to the port and they informed they don’t offer it anymore.
