Quick and easy!

Car was as described and came freshly washed with a clean interior. Clear instructions about where to go and how to access their shuttle after exiting the airport. Same procedure for drop offs. They ask that you drop your party off first at the airport and only the driver hitch a ride back in their shuttle after dropping the car off. Painless rental process and would recommend to anyone considering renting from Alii.

Good car for a family. The outside of the car is a little different from the photos, have some scratches and minor crashes . Don't be late because their shuttle service is bad, they only have one shuttle to serve all customers

Drop off of the car was a bit stressful since the shuttle to the airport doesn't start running until 7am and typical Ride Share drivers (like Uber and Lyft) are not available at 5:30am on the island. I wish Ali'i would have informed me of that prior, but luckily after scrambling and panicking that I wouldn't make my flight, I found QM Taxis which was able to pick me up - would recommend them if you're in the same situation. Other than that, the Jeep Cherokee was perfect for our trip, and having the Yeti cooler as an option was also super handy - I would highly recommend paying a little extra to add it if you're going to be packing lunches for the day. My partner and I were very thankful for Ali'is quick service when we realized a tire had a slow leak on the 2nd day we were there. We dropped it off at their shop and they had the tire patched and ready to go in about 5 minutes to send us back on our way!

Martin was fantastic. He was quick about picking up/ dropping us off. The car was just as described, no issues at all.

Detailed and clear instructions, car was clean and had no problems, easy pickup and return. Great place to rent from, especially if you're on the Pride of America cruise! The pickup/return lot was walking distance or a short cab ride.

Great vehicle to drive around the island. We were able to save a lot of gas using this Hybrid Jeep Wrangler model especially with the island speed limits. Pick up and drop off was easy and fast using Alii.

Alii rental cars communicated clearly and was responsive. I was a little worried about their airport shuttle service but they were quick to pick me up from the airport to take me to the parking lot to get the car, and they were quick to shuttle me back to the airport as well. Car was as advertised and we had no issues. I would rent from these guys again.

Absolutely the easiest car rental I have ever done. Ali'i rental takes great care of you especially if you were on a cruise. I will definitely be using them again when I visit. The car was comfortable and fun to drive.
