Ez pick up! Great prices with variety of vehicles to select

Car was great. Ali’i was even better. So quick to get dropped off and picked up and to n fro to airport.

Great great service. Ali has the best selection for rentals in the area. Also are AC wasn’t working very well in the car and they brought us a new car to our location and swapped us out. Customer service is amazing and blew my mind. Thank you

The car and service were fantastic!! The only downside is the “shuttle”. Had I paid more attention to the fine print I would have thought about it ahead of time.. but only being able to have the driver picked up was a huge pain after a long travel day. Had it just been my husband and I it wouldn’t have been a huge deal but with three exhausted kids in tow it truly was a misstep on our end. ***all of this was communicated by Alii Rental Cars! Just didn’t think through the logistics and want to be sure anyone reading this takes into consideration***All in all we had a great experience and even with the shuttle being a pain, it was worth the ease of renting and the money we saved! We will rent again from Alii when we return next year for sure!

It was a great experience with Alii and would definitely rent again. Picking up the car was super easy, communicating was on point and car served very well. Thank you

rental experience was awesome! got the car very easily and dropped the car off very easily as well. definitely would rent from them again and plan on it on my next trip.

Efficient option for car rental on Kauai, especially if you need a wider range of vehicle, like a truck.

Good auto Needs some maintenance, new wiper blades.

Everything was perfect! Easy pickup and drop off, the car was well maintained, shuttle personnel exceptional.

Everything worked out great. The shuttle drivers were very friendly. We enjoyed the car very much, even if he has a lot of scratches on the outside and also from the inside he was a bit worn out.

Excellent service. Great cat. Affordable

Great experience! Easy and swift contact through app. Shuttle bus from and to the airport.

Good car, no issues, everything we needed

Rental was great and convenient. The rate was much cheaper than any of the rental car companies and the shuttle service worked out well. They were very communicative about expectations so some of the negative reviews are renters own doing for not reading. We had some issues with our first car and they did not hesitate to swap it with another one, would definitely rent from them again.

Quick and easy pick-up/drop off. Super close to the airport. Vehicle was in great condition.

The rental company was great. We got in earlier and left earlier than our original plans and they were easy to work with.

Awesome service! Great vehicle and only about a minute from the cruise port.

Nice vehicle and easy pick up.

Great car. Now I want to buy one

Everything about this company is awesome! Very polite employees that answer the phone quickly and pick you up quickly with a great attitude! Picking up your car and dropping it off again couldn't be easier!
