Small Cockroaches under floor mat
Everything went very well. Pick up and drop off with the shuttle was totally easy. The guy who drove the shuttle is very kind and efficient. The only thing that was a slight problem: the battery of the key fob was empty. So we had to go back and have the battery changed. But besides that the car was great, we had a wonderful time on Kaua’i!
Everything about our rental was great! Communication, price, easy transport to and from rental facility was just perfect. Will rent again when we come back!
Super easy process and really nice car. The best part was that the vehicle was located outside of the airport with quick shuttle transportation so you don’t have to be stuck at the airport for hours to pick up your rental. Definitely would rent from them again!
Helpful, quick to respond, and very easy pickup!
Easy pickup and drop off process. Make sure to follow their instructions. Car was great, highly recommend!
Alii made our trip so worry free. Great service both on our arrival and departure. No problems whatsoever.
Pick-up and drop off was straightforward. The car was in great condition. Really nice to have a Subaru to drive around the island. Alii Rentals Cars was great at communicating and instructions.
Entire process from start to finish was great!! Our shuttle driver Justice was professional, friendly and personable!! It The 4 Runner was in excellent condition and super clean!! Plan correctly to allow extra transition time to and from the rental since only the primary driver is taken to the car. The rest of your party waits at baggage claim to be picked up. Other than that, great cars for an amazing value!!
Perfect for our adventures in Kauai
Great vehicle and great company. We’ll be using them again next time in Kaua’i.
Not received with full gas tank. Car was in rough shape.
Everything was great. The pick up was smooth, car run perfectly and was in a great condition. Alii was very responsive and we will definitely book through Alii again next time! Mahalo!
The car was great. However, getting to the car is annoying. You have to leave your party at the airport with your luggage. With that said, they are a great option, just be sure to added some time.
Very helpful and friendly staff. The vehicle was great!
Car worked great. Good communication and helpful shuttle to the airport
Alii Rentals was easy to work with, car was ready and in good condition, would definitely rent from them again.
Great service nice car easy pick up just remember to drop passengers off at the airport before you return car!!
