Easy pick-up and return. This car was perfect for our trip.

Car was clean and ready to go when we arrived to pick it up. Only problem was the hazardous walk up a busy highway to get to the rental. Car is only about a half mile away, but due to the amount of traffic a shuttle should be provided by Alii.

This was my second time renting from them. Always receive great customer service and the cars are very clean!

Good car, although there were unfortunately bugs inside, which we hear is common in many cars on Kauai. They were kind enough to compensate for this. Fair price. Good pick up and drop off service from the airport but just slightly annoying having to drop off the rest of the party at the airport first and come back to the lot for pick up/drop off.
