This is how renting a car should be. Pickup and drop off were a breeze, spoke with representative in person at the drop off and he was great. Just a great experience all around. 10/10 would recommend!

Vehicle was clean and pickup and drop off was seamless. Would book again.

This was an amazing rental experience - we would definitely book with Alii again!! Martin was very helpful and accommodating. Pick up and drop off was very smooth and communication about how to get to the lot (before pick up and drop off) was very clear. Renting a jeep was by far the best way to get around the island!!

Super convenient and fast. All of the other people were waiting for their cars and we were already on our way. The option to rent chairs, umbrella and a board were definitely helpful with a family. Overall, great experience!

Tires need to be rotated and balanced badly. But over all car meet all our needs.

Prompt and courteous service. Great selection of vehicles for the rugged Hawaiian terrain!

Allí rentals were great. The car was clean and ready for me to pick up. The whole process was easy and prompt.

Super easy pick and drop off. Great service

Excellent service, would highly recommend.

Sarah was great in getting us to and from the airport. The shuttle was very responsive and the whole process was quite simple!

Great transaction great car shuttle drive was great.

Easy pick up and return.

Car was great! Clean and in great shape. Alii Rental was responsive and had friendly shuttle drivers :)

Clean, reliable, professional 🙏🏼

Amazing experience. LOVED THE JEEP!!

Everyone was so helpful and personable.

Car was great.

Overall it was a great experience and I would rent through them again. The only hiccup was that I was supposed to pick the vehicle up at 0700 hours, which was confirmed via message. It said the vehicle was all set. When I arrived to pick the vehicle up it was not ready until approximately 0720 hours. That is my only complaint. Outside of that it was a great experience, the vehicle was still dripping wet from being washed and detailed.

Hassle free. I have no notes! :D

Easy pickup, easy drop off. Car drove fine. Wish it had a USB port.
