Vehicle ran well other than a service airbag/SOS fault warning that appeared often. AC was great, ran well, handles nice and had liners to catch sand. Location was central for pickup and easy to find. Bonus offered a shuttle to/from airport.
Great trip! Pickup and drop off were easy. Car was as expected. Shuttle service from airport was awesome. Will definitely use them again next time I'm in Kauai.
The car was perfect and brand new. We loved having the jeep to room around the island. It was an easy pick up and drop off. Definitely recommend.
The pick up and drop off was confusing. Our car was an office location. Not the Target parking lot like the email stated.
Great vehicle and wonderful service. Mahalo.
Pick up and drop off we’re super convenient & easy! The car was not the cleanest when we got it, which was a bummer & the drivers side window was cracked from the people before us. Communication was easy and the car worked well for our group size and needs while on the island.
we loved our experience on Kauai w the jeep wrangler. Our host was lovely and responsive - would rent again and definitely recommend!
Everything as described. Easy pick up and drop off. Would 10/10 recommend and rent from again in the future

All went smoothly. Nice clean car. Communication was excellent
Our Jeep ran well and was clean. The shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient. The process from booking to returning was easy. I would recommend to anyone.
Very clean car! Easy instructions that worked seamlessly. Thank you!
Everything was very smooth, instructions were clear, easy pick up and drop off. The car was very well maintained and perfect to explore the island.
