Pick up instructions were clear and went smoothly, had some large nicks and dents but we took pictures to upload, baby car seat rental (very used and it was a two piece I had to link together - didn’t expect the best but it did the job), car drove very smoothly - we loved the all wheel drive. Will rent with them again

Worth Booking! 🤙🏽 The Ali’i Rental Team are amazing at communicating and very helpful with the pickup/drop off process! The Tacoma was clean and fun to cruise around in on the island. The “Extra” Add-ons of the beach chairs and umbrella were worth renting as well. Definitely recommend booking through them if you haven’t already! We’ll be using them in future trips!

Pick location quick and simple with shuttle to and from airport, instructions for pick up and drop off were easy to follow. No issues with the car for the entirety of rental. Car was in good working condition, interior was clean, outside had some wear and tear but that’s to be expected and did not affect driving. Would recommend this car and company.

Easiest car rental process I’ve ever had to go through and a great car for a family of 7. Granted the first and last days were a bit of a challenge with all the luggage haha, but we made it work! Great trip, great process, and WOW what a great island! WE LOVE KAUAI!!

The car was in great shape and perfect for driving around the island and even picking up surfboards for rent. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to have fun with the help of the truck bed!
