Easy pickup / drop off and the car is well maintained and clean! Awesome experience!
Checking in and out was a breeze, exactly as shown and described on the reservation. The shuttle service was a plus and very convenient.
Pickup and drop off was seamless, car was nice, clean and reliable. Booked for a 5day trip and would book again.
The car was taken car of but just a very low quality car to begin with. The airbag indicator kept dinging. Otherwise it was OK, just not a great car. Next time I would pay more and get something a bit nicer. Easy shuttle and pickup. Big rental sticker on the window screams tourist which made us a little more nervous to leave valuables in it at when parking.
Great experience! Great communication and easy rental! Thank you!
Everything was great! Perfect little car to get around Kauai and great gas mileage. Pickup and drop off was easy, would recommend to anyone traveling to Kauai!
The car was great, particularly liked the drive assist feature. Pick up and drop off were easy and the host responded immediately to all questions. Thanks, we had a great visit!
Great customer service. Exactly what we needed to commute around and explore all of Kauai. My family and I will definitely rebook on our next vacation to Kauai.
Advertised a truck bed top but was not on when arrived, offered to bring later in the week but needed the day we arrived so had to alter our plans. Had issues with key fob but was quick to respond.
We had an issue with the car, but they were able to make it right immediately by swapping us out with a different vehicle. Thank you!
The car was in perfect condition. It was very clean. The host responded quickly to request. The walk was about 15 minutes from the port.
I had to make my reservation at the last minute and I’m so glad I found them. Super easy and communication was the best. I will book with them without hesitation.
The vehicle was perfect, the pick up and drop off was easy, shuttle to/from airport was quick and easy!
The Subaru Outback was in great condition and it was the perfect car to drive around the island. The host made it very easy to pick up & drop off the car. Overall I had a great experience!
