Everything about the car was amazing !! Ali’i rental company were super easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend them and this car specifically !

This jeep was perfect for our trip. Very clean, runs great, and very convenient drop off & pick up.

Easy pickup and dropoff, nice car

Great car for driving around Kauai!

Very clean and newer Jeep Cherokee, ran well, good luggage space. Shuttle service worked well.

This one had some issues before we checked in and stated they were getting it fixed so they found a quick replacement with same price and it all worked out! Glad they told me and got it solved before I checked in. Replacement had no issues at all and good on gas! They don’t have gps Bluetooth and didn’t have any phone holder which was a bummer but they had Bluetooth audio. Other than that, I’ll probably still rent with the same company again.

The car itself worked great for all the adventuring that we did on the island. I am more impressed with Ali’i and how helpful they were when we experienced a few hiccups on our trip. The process was smooth with getting and returning the car. Shuttle service was prompt and easy to get and from the airport. Would absolutely use a rental from Ali’i again! Highly recommend!

Everything was smooth & well explained!! vehicle was amazing & was perfect for us. price was also great! thank you for your kindness & help!

Car was just great. Nothing to complain about.

Car was great. Everything was super easy.

The pickup and drop off instructions were confusing which led to some frustration. We received two sets of automated texts with each giving a different address. This company uses a different location than the others so make sure to verify the correct location and if you use the shuttle/uber for transportation

Host was great, pick up was super easy and car was clean!

Great! We had rented a different car at first but had a small problem and they were able to switch us with this one no problem, they met us with the new vehicle in 20 min while we grabbed lunch. Greatly appreciated that and loved the ease of renting beach gear as well - one less stop! Highly recommend just do Lihue airport pickup vs. ubering on your own - it’s about the same cost and it will just save you some brain power once you’re there. Thank you Ali’i for another great rental - will continue to be a return customer.

Great communication. Car was well kept. All I could ask for!

Great driving vehicle to explore the island! Pickup was super easy, car was clean and well maintained.

The car was exactly what we needed and communications with Alii rental was great.

Easy check in/out. Host was very responsive to all of my questions and I appreciate it so much. The car had a mild smell on the back passenger seats but we didn’t mind it. Overall had a great experience!

Car was as expected. No issues with pickup.

Clean inside and out. Easy check in and easy check out. Very helpful people.

Car was clean and I really enjoyed the simplicity of the pickup process would definitely rent from this company again!
