Amazing service, amazing vehicle, amazing condition. I’ll never rent a car another way again!

Good experience. I rent from them again

This was a great choice for vacation on the island! Pick up and drop off were very easy, and the vehicle was nice and clean when we got it.

The Gladiator was great! Perfect way to get around Kauai!

We had a wonderful trip this truck was amazing. Super easy to pick up and drop off which made it nice for a late flight!

Easy pickup, good communication, would rent with Ali’i again in the future!

Kauai is a remote island, and if you need anything, Allie is always reachable by text. The car was as promised and we would definitely not want to have to deal with Hertz or Avis on this island. Ali is the way to go.

This jeep was awesome to have! It was ready for us at the airport and was handy to have. We couldn’t check into our hotel until 4 and we were able to travel around with all of our luggage!

Super cool Jeep. In excellent condition and the rental process with picking up and dropping off at the airport couldn’t be easier. My highest recommendation. Mahalo.

Easy pick up and drop off, clean car.

Very convenient, fast responses, and the car was great. I would use them again in the future. Thanks!

Car was great for getting around the island. Taking the top off and putting it back on was super easy. Drove to every part of the island over 5 days and used a little less than 1 tank of gas. Be cautious of airport parking lot being full upon returning vehicle. We were lucky to find a spot despite the full lot sign at the entrance. Not sure what we would have done if we couldn't find a space so maybe give yourself some extra time should this happen to you.

Very good communication and clean efficient vehicle.

Airport pickup/drop off option was the perfect decision (especially for late flights). Car was basically brand new as of March 2022 and looked brand new off a car lot on pickup. Everything with the car, company, etc. was perfect. Super convenience all around.

Great car…no problems!!

Overall great experience! Vehicle was clean and ready to go when we arrived. Communication with Alii was quick and easy!

The car was great! We especially appreciated it being dropped off at our hotel the morning after we arrived and also being able to drop it off at the airport on our way home! Thank so much!

This was a smooth and easy coordination and the car was great.

Fantastic experience! Incredibly easy pick up just steps away from the baggage claim. The car was clean and in excellent condition. The return process was similarly slick and easy. I will definitely rent from Ali’i next year when we return to Kauai!

Very easy to handle, super service, also for international visitors. Great experience, great car!!
