Great vehicle. Exactly as described and the hybrid feature was great. We drove all over the island and only used a quarter tank of gas! Would definitely recommend!

Great experience! The car was parked across from the baggage claim clean and full of fuel. It was the perfect vehicle for us and our luggage. It was nimble in traffic and out on the roads. And it was really easy to park.
Car tire had a nail in it; Kawika and Shiloh immediately hopped on getting us a replacement car from the fleet. We ended up with a Jeep Cherokee that served as well.
This was such an easy process. The car was parked right across from baggage claim and we received the keys and drove off. Ali was very responsive and gave us clear directions as to where to return the car. Would definitely rent from him again.

Car was great but pickup / drop off a little more stressful than anticipated. Landed and had not received a message w location of car even though was 30 minutes until reservation started (promised 1 hour in advance). Car did arrive in time but could have been a better experience. Similarly, the lot was full when I returned and took 20 minutes of anxious circling of the lot to find a spot. Still, probably better than dealing with rental car lines and up-sell.
