Great car and super easy. Thank you!! See you next trip!!
Super convenient, great ride, responsive owners. Would rent again!
Everything went great. Great car, easy pick up.. very nice!
The car was cleaned comfortably. We enjoyed it.
Very clean, low mileage, one small problem with a seat in the vehicle but that was resolved to our satisfaction right away. The final morning we were there a low pressure light came on for one of the tires but it was only down a couple of PSI. This renter was kind, professional and easy to work with. On arrival, the vehicle was waiting for us right outside our baggage claim in the parking lot. P/u and d/o instructions were clear and very easy to follow. They responded promptly to our messages.
Car was clean and it was great to pick up at airport easily. Back end door didn’t work due to some newly discovered damage which they acknowledged so I cant fault them for that. However the changes in policy not allowing you to drop off car at airport in the middle of our trip was not enjoyable. I understand it is not their fault but having to drop off at some random parking area by myself and then get another $15 taxi ride plus tip to airport was awkward and inconvenient. At that point it would have been easier to just rent from a company at airport.
Great car. Handles well. Clean and perfect for a Kauai adventure!
Exactly as described. Super easy process. Six stars if it existed!
Super easy pickup and drop off. Far better prices than the big rental agencies. They were quick to respond to any messages I sent. Not sure when I'll be back on Kaua'i, but I'd rent from them again for sure.
Great host! Small glitch initially as the vehicle location was not accurate but the host showed up in a couple of minutes and we were all set. We throughly enjoyed the open top Jeep in Kauai.
Great service and very accommodating. Thanks much again!
