Car was clean and in good working condition, pick up and drop off was simple and convenient.
Great experience. We had a little bit of difficulty securing a ride from the dropoff location to the airport. The shuttle was nice and easy upon arrival, but only operates from 7am-11pm. With an early flight out we had to drop off by 5am. We finally found a ride share on Holoholo. Definitely recommend.

Great car! Did need new windshield wipers due to rain we had. Easy pick up and drop off! Best part is the complimentary shuttle to and from airport to car.

The vehicle has a lot more room to store luggage then expected. For example it has more room than my wife’s Hyundai Santa Fe. It drives a little rougher than expected, I had assumed that it had 180k miles but after a few days I realized it only had 18k miles on it at the time of our rental. I’m not sure if it’s just a “rental grade” vehicle or what but don’t expect luxury. It served us well over a a 16 day period, would rent again. I’m giving it 5 stars but for the vehicle but because the rental company is good and I really like their policy of not requiring the vehicle to be washed before returning. They specifically have language in the return notes about enjoying your vacation and leaving the cleaning up to them. That is a fine example of understanding a customer pain point and solving it.

Great car with great gas mileage oddly enough!! The owner was communicative and gave great instructions, the only thing is the shuttle is white or gray and be prepared to wait for a few rounds when you're at the airport because there are a lot of people waiting.
The pickup and drop off process was so smooth. Constant communication all throughout our trip. Would definitely recommend and will use again.
Such a fun ride! My family of 5 were looking for a vehicle that would be able to fit two boosters and a front facing car seat and this SUV met our needs. It was roomy and easy to drive. We had a great time!
This RAV4 was perfect for our trip and exploring the island. I appreciated the rubber floor mats which made it easy to get the sand out after a day at the beach. And that we were not expected to vacuum the car before we left it so we could enjoy our last few hours on the island. It was exactly as described. Thank you for allowing us to use your vehicle.
