Everything went great. It was so convenient to be able to choose add ons that we wanted like a booster seat, cooler, and boogie boards. The process to pick up and drop the car and get back to the airport wasn’t the easiest because the shuttle took a while and also the shuttle wasn’t available early in the morning when it was time to drop off our car. That was our only issue. Car worked great and rental went smoothly.

This Sienna was perfect for our family of 5 visiting Hawaii. The vehicle was great, very good communication from host, easy and friendly to deal with, and the host even came to Costco while we were shopping to exchange a car seat that was too small for our child. We would definitely rent again!

Great host and perfect location for Cruise NCL pier. It was a bit confusing & stressful because I received messages with different pick up locations but once I was reassured of the correct location everything was great. Thank you for organizing the beach chairs, parasol and boogie board. It filled up the trunk but was much appreciated and great quality and brand new.

Great island car and great on gas!! I would definitely choose this car again…. Easy to drive and park in tiny spaces, plenty of room for our bags, and a comfy ride.

Great car!

Car was fine. Pick up location was about as close as possible to our cruise ship. After two days, the car wouldn’t start in the normal mode, but it would start in accessory mode. Rental agency was willing to swap it out, but it ultimately was not necessary to do so.

The jeep was so fun. Pick up was easy, drop off was too. We enjoyed our trip, the jeep was clean and drove well, no problems or issues.. There was enough room for 1 checked bag and 3 carry ons. It fit 4 boogie boards and all our gear when we went to the beach. We couldn’t get the fob to work but the key worked just fine. Connected to my phone easily.

Bronco was nice. The description was accurate, the communication was prompt, and overall a great experience.

Excellent service

Great car and perfect a few days around Kauai for my family of four. Gas economy was fine and had Apple Car Play for maps/music. Will definitely use this service again next time we are in Kauai.

The shuttle was amazing and made picking up and dropping off the car amazing. The vehicle was everything that was advertised and was in great condition! We had a family of 5 and a 3 month old and it was really easy to get in and out. It was also able to accommodate all of our luggage easily as well! Oh and not to mention we were in Hawaii for 7 days and only used 1 tank of gas and we drove to hanalei twice from Poipu area and then some more driving around the island. I would 100% recommend to anybody traveling with a large family and trying to save some gas as well!
