Everything was great! Communication was prompt and helpful.
The ease of picking up and returning this vehicle is the biggest reason I’d recommend this rental company to anyone visiting Kauai. The communication was always prompt leading up to our trip and the car was in great condition.
So easy to use. You get to pick your vehicle not wonder what your getting with traditional rentals. Best way to go. Highly recommended!
Great vehicle! No issues. Great to work with
Overall a great experience! Our only issue was the car wasn’t at the lot when we got there, and we were there 30 minutes after pickup time. It came in about 15 minutes later after we arrived at the lot. Overall was a good experience and would recommend to others.
Easy and just what we expected. The car was great and served our purposes of exploring the island and beach-going with all of our snorkeling gear. Loved the added options of the chairs-umbrella and cooler as well.
Great car host! The jeep was clean, in good shape, and the freedom panels made driving around Kauai very fun! Will book with this team again should we come back!
Car was great! Exactly as described with excellent customer service. Will book with them again!
Vehicle performed as expected. Good gas mileage.
Hugh quality, clear pickup instructions and great communication!
The car was clean, easy to drive and didn't have any smell. Good experience with the host.
Everything was great with the car but the Amazon roof racks did have a really loud whistle. I contacted the management company and they were helpful in trying to take them off but ultimately even with the keys to the racks we couldn’t get them off the car. They did offer some money back for the inconvenience which I appreciated. If you think a fairly loud whistle will bother you I’d check to see if they have fixed it or have removed the racks.
Great well kept car, easy pick up and drop off + convenient shuttle service
Ali’i car rental was phenomenal! Communication was excellent and they were more than understanding and helpful when I had some issues with my trip pop up!
Perfect car for our trip! Lots of seating and cargo space for exploring the beaches
