Fantastic service! The Honda was clean and in good condition, and the staff were so easy to communicate with and arrange the shuttle to/from Lihue airport. Thanks to Justice who was waiting for me at the drop off point! Will definitely book with them again. Mahalo!

Your service was EXCELLENT! We will definitely use Alii rental cars again. You made it so easy for us!! Mahalo!

Alii Rental Cars was perfect for our first time on the island! My husband and I visited for a week and this Subaru Crosstrek met all of our needs. Pick up and drop off at the airport was very easy. Communication was fast and effective. We had a situation at the carwash which damaged the vehicle slightly but Alii Rental Cars was very helpful in working with us and the carwash to get it figured out. Would definitely rent from them again when we visit!!

Seamless rental. Car was great! Service was excellent!

The best rent a car in Kauai. Affordable prices and new cars. They have shuttle service from the airport to the car area. We had a small problem and they helped us A LOT. I will never forget the great gesture they had with us! Don't hesitate and book with them! THEY ARE THE BEST!

Location simple, rapide et efficace. Véhicule propre et parfait pour Kauai

Great car and wonderful service! Thank you Alii Rental Cars for making our travels easy!

Car was exactly as described. No issues with both arrival and departure. Renting the cooler and body board was worth it. Would definitely recommend again.

The customer Service was awesome, the vehicle was real good, nice and clean. I would diffidently recommend it to my family. Thumbs up.

Great Jeep at a good price.

Great service. Nice cars. Easy to find the shuttle. Transition super smooth. And employees super helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend!

Fast and efficient shuttle service, the staff were helpful! Vehicle was clean and just as pictured. Will definitely rent from them again on our next trip!!

Pick up and drop off were simple and smooth and all the staff there was very friendly and helpful (shout out to Sarah and Jen). The car was as advertised and the whole process from start to finish was easier than expected through the app. I would highly recommend renting from this company and will do so in the future!

Wonderful car. Thank you!

Great service, great vehicle, easy pick up and drop off! Shuttle to and from the airport was excellent, thanks to Sarah and another very kind gentleman (didn’t get his name). 10/10 would recommend!

Great vehicle and service

Great service with free shuttle service to and from the airport. Car ran trouble free without any issues.

Incredible (clean, great gas mileage, etc) car and the whole process was so easy! I will absolutely use Alii Rental Cars next time I'm on the island.. Pick up/drop off was very easy, waited less than 15 mins for the shuttle both ways, very nice and helpful drivers.

Great experience renting from Alii! Perfect car that was clean. The shuttle from and to the airport was very easy, even with my 10pm flight. Sarah on my ride to the airport was so friendly and helpful!

Had a great experience with Alii Rental cars. The car we had was just as the pictures had shown and was great for all the different conditions of Kauai. Sarah was great picking us up and dropping us off at the airport. She gave a bunch of great recommendations while we were on the island. Next time we’re in Kauai we’ll be booking with Alii again.
