Great experience! We were picked up and dropped off at the airport in a very nice black luxury SUV by the owner himself, who shuttled us to and from the rental car lot, which was 5 min away. Pick up of the car and drop off was super easy once we were at the lot: we just found the car, took a couple pictures , showed a driver's license and we were off! The car was basically brand-new, it is definitely worth getting a 4x4 or AWD car for the island. We will choose Alii again for sure!

Easy and great. Would definitely use again!

Super easy pickup and drop off. Car was clean. Host was a great communicator!

Easy pick up and drop off, shuttle driver was so nice! Car was great. We would definitely rent again.

The folks were great and everything went smoothly from getting picked up at the airport to getting the car and being dropped back at the airport at the end of our trip.

I had a great experience with Ali’i Rental Car. The Subaru Crosstrek was the perfect vehicle for exploring the island. The car was in good condition and was very clean. We encountered a lot of rain and the all-wheel drive made us feel very safe. The shuttle service was very convenient. Communication was good as well.

Very user friendly! Quick responses, friendly shuttle driver and close to the airport. Would definitely use again, and would recommend to any one visiting the island!

Alii rental was great. If you are traveling with a group, I would suggest one member take the shuttle to get the vehicle while everyone else is waiting for bags.

The whole process was glitch free and smooth. Car was great and ran really well without issues. Very pleased, thank you for a great rental experience.

We had a great experience with Allí . Everyone helps us along the way . Very happy with the service provided and very happy with the car .

Great car that was like new and super easy process picking up the car! Definitely recommend!

Great experience. They are highly responsive, usually responding to emails within 5 minutes. The vehicle was brand new (only had 200 miles on it) and the price was great! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Loved this Crosstrek and the new features. The pick up and drop off was convenient and communicated easily. Great service from Alii Rental Cars!

Love it. 5 mins shuttle to collect and drop off the car but probably still quicker than regular car rental Co’s. Friendly staff and great vehicles.

The car was clean and the drivers for the airport shuttle were awesome! Everything was so easy, thanks so much!

Very smooth process with great communication throughout. Could not have been more pleased with my experience with Alii Rental cars. Mahalo!

Quick and easy check in and drop off! The car was great. Mahalo for the great service

Wonderful service! The process was very simple. Shuttle ride was quick and easy. The car was perfect. Thank u!

App easy to use with great customer service / support. Overall, easy progress with good rates.

The team picked me up at my hotel, brought me to the vehicle, & shuttled me back to the airport the day of departure. I left behind a pair of airpods in the car & the owner contacted me to get them shipped back. Great company to rent from
