Loved the service and the vehicle. Didn’t have to deal with long lines. Everything was done through the app. If I had any questions or concerns, they were answered quickly using the messenger. I was referred by a friend. I turned around and referred to my daughter in law. I will definitely be using this for future rentals.
Our experience with Alii was 1st class. Everything was taken care of and we had no worries the whole trip. When we had a question, they responded within seconds. I’ll never go the traditional rent-a-car route after using Alii. As for the jeep, it was clean and stocked with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella—who else does that for their costumers!? It was a pleasure and we’ll definitely be using Alii again.
So easy, they pick you up. Clear instructions. Clean quality car. Will recommend every time. Also very friendly staff
Amazing experience from A-Z. Very taken care of. Great car. Couldn’t be happier with the experience
Great rental, smooth pickup and drop-off with quick shuttles in both directions. Very clean and new car. Would definitely rent again, much better than using "big-name" rental car companies.
Don’t let the requirement to take a shuttle to/from the airport deter you. The owner is very responsive and the longest you may wait for a shuttle is 10 mins. They were very accommodating and were consistently cheaper than the big name rental car companies, which also require you to take a shuttle to their facilities.
Super convenient free shuttle from port
Best rental cars ever! See my post in their google reviews.
Clean, well maintained car exactly as pictured. So convenient to rent the umbrella and chairs as well, I’m so glad we went for it because we used them a lot! Excellent and prompt communication, clear directions, very reasonably priced (especially compared with what I was finding through car rental companies.) pickup/drop off and shuttle were smooth and easy. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent here again and would highly recommend to others.
Grateful they were available to accommodate a short notice trip. They were helpful and even has the vehicle ready for me prior to the scheduled reservation! Highly recommend Ali‘i Rental!
Nice pick up and drop off. Drivers were nice. Car was great to ride.
Easy as pie. Great vehicle and really made the trip that much better having the freedom to move around as we pleased. Pickup and drop off were relatively simple and efficient and communication was on point. Many thanks!!
We loved this car rental experience. Very smooth, great personnel. Will use again for sure.
