Sheep easy to pick up and drop off. The car was clean and in great condition. Would use Alii again.
Alles top geklappt.
Great ride, super well maintained, and perfect for driving around the island. Smooth and easy pickup and dropoff.

Great service. Very responsive by text and by phone
Great service. I was nervous to try a new company but so glad i did! Customer service was excellent, It was ridiculously easy to get a response to all of my questions. There is actually someone responding quickly to messages left in their app system, and for arrivals and departues at the airport you are provided a phone number. It is like having a local friend (very nice and engaging!) shuttling you around. Seriously, that easy! The only negative was that midway through the trip we realized my sister's flight left later than mine, so I wanted to add her onto the policy so she could drive around after dropping me off and return the car. While I could have added her to the policy midway through, they stipulate that she wouldn't be able to drop off the car. But that wasa minor issue. Highly recommend!!!
Everyone was very very helpful and extremely welcoming! Would give 10 stars if I could!
Super easy pickup from airport. Loved the car! Great price!!
Awesome super easy to get rental, shuttle takes 5 min call when you show up to the pick up and the drivers were super friendly and nice.
Renting with Alii is super easy, I forgot my glasses in the car and they offered to mail them back to me. Thank you.
Ali Rental was the best car rental experience I’ve had in numerous visits to Kauai. Price was the best, selection was perfect, and the service team was responsive and friendly. I’ll use them again for next visit to Kauai!!
Easy pick up and drop off. Car (Subaru crosstrek) was clean and in great shape!
Easy to rent. Reasonable fee. Was given a ride from and back to the airport.
Alii Rental Cars was absolutely the best. Friendly and quick experience with shuttle driver!!! And excellent customer service when returning car etc. We forgot to get gas on the return trip and the shuttle driver went with us to get gas. Could not ask for a better customer service experience and the vehicle was great!
Really great rental service and Subaru!
Excellent vehicle 👌 fast and smooth transaction
Had an amazing experience. Sarah picked us up from the airport and we felt so welcome. She had great trip recommendations and was super nice. Car was just as advertised and was clean inside and out. Checkout and check in was super easy. Great communication with the host. Would highly recommend and will use again in the future.
The car was perfect. Nice and clean and in great condition. The Alii Rental Car company provided great service. My wife forgot her purse in the car during the return, and they took care of dropping us on time, and retrieving her bag for us.
