I had a great experience renting from Alii. It was super easy to get and return the car. They picked me up from the airport within 5 minutes, lot was 5 minutes away and then I was off. Just as easy/quick to return and get a ride back to the airport. Car was as described and had no issues. Will use again when I'm back on the island.

We had a great experience with this rental car, no problems with the vehicle. We really appreciated the communication and customer service we received before, during, and after our trip. Jes at Ali'i Rental Cars was very understanding and accommodating when we ran into an issue and resolved the situation very professionally. We would definitely consider using this rental company if we have longer trips on Kauai, and also recommend this to our friends.

Our experience with Alii was seamless from start to finish. The car met out expectations and communications were timely. Being able to have them pick up the car at our hotel at the end of our trip was greatly appreciated. Our one suggestion would be to let us know that the car had actually been picked up by them.

Good rental experience. Everything went smoothly. Honda HR-V was banged up a bit. However the ride was great. Comfortable & excellent on gas.

Our experience with Alli Rental Cars was very seamless. From booking to car pickup, they were very responsive. The car was amazing! Our only negatives were minor. The first was the lack of options for charging the battery (we had a hybrid). It would have been nice to have been provided some convenient inexpensive or free options for charging. We relied on gas alone, as we did not find anything convenient for charging (as it would have taken several hours to get the battery up to a full charge). The only other negative was the child carseat. We opted to rent one instead of bringing our own. After all was said and done, we wish that we had brought our own. Though very helpful in finding an alternative when the initial one provided was broken, it still did not function well and was a bit laborious to install. Had we brought our own, we would have saved precious minutes of our vacation. Not a dealbreaker, by any means, but just feedback to others who may be considering renting a carseat with the rental package. We would definitely rent again!

The staff was very friendly. The van we rented had some prior damage and it was loud when on the road. No power doors made it hard for young children to open and close.

Others with their rental cars were envious of our Jeep.
