Very smooth process and rental was in great condition.
Best rental car company we’ve tried. Everything was so easy and Sarah our shuttle driver was the best! Definitely recommend and are currently booking for another trip next month.
The car was really good to drive! We had a really good time with the car. The organisation with the pick up and drop off was really good.
I had a great experience with Alii Rental cars. Sarah was awesome, professional and punctual. The shuttle to and from the airport was easy to use and fast.
Fast and easy, car was nice and helped our family have a wonderful trip.
Had issue where they charged $35 for shuttle from airport when it said it was free. Also, had issue where the shuttle took 40 mins to pick me and my kids up, (one is very small so it was difficult) was very long wait, had to call the manager and then he came. The lady Sarah who took us back to the airport was wonderful though. She was fast, kind & also kind to my children.
Ali'i rental car staff are very friendly and professional. Our car was clean and as described. The shuttle service was quick and available when we needed it. Vehicle drop-off was very easy. Ali'i provided detailed instructions and were responsive to my messages. I'd highly recommend and I will choose Ali'i for my vehicle next time I visit Kaua'i!
Seamless rental experience. Clean and new vehicle. Super accommodating service. I highly recommend!!
Super convenient with no lines to wait in. Car was clean and amazing, so much better than any of the big rental places by the airport.
Great experience with Alii Rental Cars! Hassle-free. Great price for a jeep renegade on the island. They put the aloha 🌺🌴🍍🌈🪕🥥 into our trip! Best experience I've had yet with getting a rental car on vacation. Option to deliver car to where we were vacationing was a huge help too! Will definitely be renting with them again!
Great, fun car to get around the island. Pickup was very convenient using the shuttle and drop-off in my hotel parking lot was even easier!
Very smooth process at both ends. Car was in great shape and communication was swift and helpful—even when I needed to extend my trip last minute due to a flight delay. Will definitely be renting from Ali’i the next time on the island.
We had a really great experience renting from Ali’i Rental Cars! Everything went smoothly and the car was great for our trip. Highly recommend!
Process to schedule, pick up and drop off (including personal shuttle) was extremely smooth - very responsive to messages/questions, car was new and clean.
Nice car. It ran well. Pick up and drop off was easy. I would do this again
Great car for the price. Enjoy cruising around the island.
