Super easy process! Sarah was outstanding and we would 100% use this company again.

Quick pickup from the airport, great car, and very accessible.

Good car. Still expensive tho

Good rates comparing to other car rentals available on the island. The ability to add a beach gear is a big plus. Easy pick up and drop off.

Really good experience. Rented through someone else when we first arrived on the island and that vehicle had issues so quickly cancelled and was able to get a van through Alii. Worked great! Good service, great vehicle, top notch shuttle service! Will rent from in future.

Amazing team at Ali'i rentals. We had a great experience with the team. Their island vibes and cool calm nature helped us when we needed a little help when on spotty network coverage area. Sarah who helped with the shuttle service was great and working with Kivika was great too. Would recommend and use their services again.

Easy and great truck, great price and shuttle Was easy to use … highly recommend

Easy pick up by the rental company. Nice car.

Car was in good condition and customer support was good

loved this car! great big windows!

Highly recommend!! Our new Subaru was lovely to drive and the moon roof in sunny Kauai was a dream!! Great service - Sarah waited for us even when we were running late and then shuttled us to the airport. Super easy process if you download the app! Great and rapid communication and information provided also. Aloha!

Super easy process and everyone was very friendly and helpful! Will be using them again next time we visit the island!

Overall, fantastic experience. Do not hesitate to recommend. A couple of minor issue related to car, but nothing to keep me from future rentals: car parking brake button from inside car was held on loosely with tape. This did not hold well and could be of concern. Although, did not cause us any issues during our rental tine. We did have an issue with starting car on one occasion, but eventually got it to start and did not encounter any additional issues. Overall, the experience was painless and maybe even more efficient than airport rental. Shuttle service works as stated and our drivers were so friendly and helpful each time.

Amazing rental experience. Great car, shuttle was fast and easy and cheaper than all of the other rental options. Highly recommend

Super easy to book and love that they provide the option to deliver! Thanks again!

Loved picking my exact vehicle choice. Employees were all very nice. If you don't arrive by 10PM you need to organize another way to pick up car.

I can recommend it, no any with it during the one week trip.

Amazing car! Perfect for exploring the island with 🤙🏻

Wonderful team! Super easy to communicate and the car was in a great condition!

Great service friendly fast shuttle 5 minutes to LIH. Good car!
