Shoot could not be easier. They picked up when I called walked me through everything on pictures and rentals on the way there and help me with the process as well. No issues with the car either

It was a great experience. Will def use them again.

Everything was so easy and smooth about the rental. Pick up driver was super friendly and the lot is close by. Check in/out took five min. The car was just what we needed for our family of four. They were very communicative and flexible with us. I won’t rent with anyone else the next time I’m in Kauai! This was a million times better than the big name rental companies.

This was a dream. Truly amazing, the color brought me unadulterated joy and it ran perfectly.

The experience with Alii was great!

Alii Rental was wonderful! The car was in great condition, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the pick up/drop off was much appreciated.

Excellent service , we will use them again

Very nice car, no problems and smooth shuttle to the airport, thanks Sarah!

Great service! Made everything easy from the shuttle to the easy drop off!

Sarah picked us up from the airport and dropped us off at the airport in a timely fashion. And she was extremely personable. Would absolutely use you folks again. Thanks for everything!

Alii Rental Cars is legit, I’ll use them any time I come back to the island. No question. They provided us with a new decked out forester that handled the driving conditions perfectly — much better than our crappy rentals on the other islands. Sarah was an amazing shuttle driver and concierge, I wish everyone cared about their customers the way she does!

Great rental for our trip. We had plenty of space for all our beach necessities. Super easy pickup and drop off. Would definitely use again!

Nice car, easy pick up and drop off

Great vehicle. Cheaper and easier than rental cars. C

Professional company with professional level of service. Really smooth and would definitely rent from them again and again!!

Solid car. Nice shuttle to car and back to airport. Good people. Recommend.

Such a great car rental company. Car was exactly what we were hoping for. It was with in walking distance from cruise port which was really convenient. And a shout out to the shuttle drivers who offered to drive me to the cruise port a couple of times. Incredible hospitality. You won’t be disappointed going with Alii!

Alii Rental Cars is THE BEST. I actually had issues with my first jeep.. but they were SO KIND and upgraded me immediately. I will use them always when I travel to Kauai!!!!!

Awesome car! One touch sun roof was a game changer. Great entertainment system too.

Smooth as silk! Got picked up from the airport within 10 minutes. 10 minute drive to the car. Another 10 minutes to fulfill my obligations with the app, pictures etc. Vehicle was clean and ready to go. Return was smooth as well. Driver was waiting for us. It took about 5 minutes to fulfill our obligations with the app, pictures etc. Back to the airport in about 10 minutes. Bottom line… Excellent experience! I’ve used the big name rental car companies throughout my career, and was skeptical about using a small mom and pop company. Not anymore. Ali’i has it dialed-in. And guess what? They we’re almost half price of everyone else! Ali’i car rental is now my go to rental company without hesitation. Period.
