Great car for the island! It had plenty of power and ruggedness for the Kauai roads. The rental company reps were very responsive and friendly.
Awesome Jeep. So much fun to have a capable off road et in the island. Highly recommend!
So easy to work with and reliable, clean cars.
Was great!!! Clean and easy! Well worth the small journey from the airport and the shuttle felt really nice as it is more like a complementary taxi/uber. The driver was awesome and fun to talk to, bummed i did not get his name for this review!
This was one of the most painless rental experiences I’ve had so far. Quick shuttle to and from the airport and quick responses from them with any questions I had. The jeep was clean and perfect for exploring the island. I will only got through Alii Rental Cars anytime I visit Kauai! The 4xe jeep was a great vehicle! It was my first hybrid jeep experience and it did not disappoint. Easy to drive, awesome sound system, and lots of room for the four of us. Would definitely rent it again.
Super easy pickup and drop off, quick airport service, and the car was in great shape. Will definitely be using Alii rentals on again on our next trip!
All the employees were really great and informative we had a blast and our transportation was awesome until next time !
Love how clean the car is!
Car was very good. Nice and clean but was well used by others so many little debts and seat stains etc. it drove perfectly and I couldn’t be happier with the price and support. The shuttle service was excellent and I’d use them again 100%.
Great to work with! Excellent communication.
Once the procedure was understood everything went seamlessly. I would recommend this service.
Excellent vehicle for the island! Efficient and friendly airport pickup experience. Clean, easy to drive, and good on gas. Highly recommend!
The car was exactly what we expected, and the service was great. The shuttle ride to/from the airport was really short. I’d rent here again.
The truck was perfect for our trip and the shuttle service was fast and courteous
Super easy to book, shuttle, and communicate! The car was very clean!
Awesome company to work with! Definitely will be booking with them again.
