Pick up and drop off was very convenient. I highly recommend Alii as a car rental option. Lots of great vehicles in their fleet!

Great experience. The vehicle was exactly as described. They picked us up from the airport and carried us to the rental car location, which was not located at the airport. I would definitely use Aliii rental again, no doubt!

All was good. Perfect company

C’est une super voiture et le service est impeccable

Great car and very smooth pick-up/drop-off shuttle service.

Love the car and love the company! Justus and Sarah were great! We had all the info we needed and a great ride to enjoy Kauai! We will be back and we will, oh yes we will, rent from them again! Thanks from Texas, y’all!!

Great experience and communication about the shuttle pickup and drop off!

The Jeep was perfect for Kauai travelling. The Fob wasn’t working our entire trip and was awkward when locking and unlocking as it always set the alarm off. The CarPlay also was not working and did not connect to our iPhones thru Bluetooth or USB. Disappointed with the features not working, but happy we had the 4x4.

Such a smooth and easy rental process. The shuttle service worked like a dream and the vehicle we chose was the vehicle we got. We’d highly recommend Ali’i to anyone visiting Kaua’i!

The Car was great, the lift at the airport worked like a charm, and we had an small incident that they helped resolving smoothly! Totally recommend

Super easy professional group. They were amazing especially the part where they pick you up from the airport in. Return you back to the airport. Great service.

Pretty seemless. The pickup at the airport was the only complaint, and it was a small one. We must have just missed the prior shuttle, so my wife and kids had to wait at the airport for me to get the car and return, but overall had a good experience and would use them again.

Sarah took us to the airport and was a pure delight.

Excellente communication. Le service de navette pour l’aéroport est super pratique et rapide. Véhicule conforme à la description. Je recommande à 100%

Overall great experience! One small issue with a windshield wiper that spontaneously detached and did not work while it was raining. I think just unlucky!

Everything went really smoothly. The shuttle service was quick. The car was very clean and great.

Great car for getting around on our vacation! Two adults and two kids in car seats fit perfectly. The car ran smoothly, got nice gas mileage, had cold A/C, and was exactly as described in the listing. The staff were super friendly and fantastic to work with!

Was a very nice experience

Car was clean! Shuttle to and from the airport was also an easy process. We will be renting form Ali’i when we come back!

Great customer service and quality car rental, will definitely be back.
