Perfect ride for the week in Kauai and the staff were super helpful with any questions. Definitely recommended

Excellent communication with Ali’i rentals! They give you all the information you need in the message they send you before the trip! Super friendly people, great cars, and positive experience. Will use again!

Great service and very good car

Super easy pickup and drop off.

Difficult for families because you have to coordinate getting picked up and dropped off separately from them due to room in the “shuttle”. I was unable to ride the shuttle because the gentleman that arrived before me refused to let other passengers ride in the car even though there was room.

Wonderful experience. Easy check in & out. Car was very clean!

Great alternative - clean car!

Best experience I’ve had with renting cars! They were so kind and even had a shuttle to/from airport to the rental. Amazing experience!

Perfect

Great car, great service, clean, pick and drop off was quick and easy. Driver was kind and professional. I will book them again.

The whole team we worked with was super amicable. Excited to use Ali again on our next visit.

The service was really great! They went above and beyond to pick up and drop me off at the airport.

Awesome, easy. Even left a water bottle on the way to the airport in the car and it was easy to get it shipped to me. 100% will do this again over all the other rental agencies.

Very satisfactory experience. Best part was friendly shuttle drivers!!!

Amazing way to travel around the island! Thank you!!

A great experience. Good communication, easy airport shuttle to and from the parking lot, simple check-in, clean cars in good condition, and great prices. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic. If you’re going to Kauai, I wouldn’t consider anyone but Alii Rentals!

Great car easy pick up and drop off, friendly, responsive, helpful communication

Loved the car! It was super easy to drop off and pick up. Staff were so lovely!

Alii Rental Card was very helpful and informative. The car was where they said it would be and the check-in and check-out process was easy. The car was clean and very pleasant to drive.
