Great car! Great service! We loved everything about it! Thank you so much for making our trip that much better! Mahalo!
Great ride and great service - when we come back to Kauai we will definitely utilize Alii again!
Car was great. Good communication. There was a misunderstanding with picking up the car and I had to pay for parking to get the car out but that was remedied with no hassle.
Good car, very close to airport, free shuttle pick up drop off, friendly staff, car was somewhat clean, easy instructions, & quick communication. Definitely will use them again!
Pick up and drop off we're easy enough. The car ran very smoothly and was comfortable.
Very simple process. Clean car, drives well. Mahalo

Great and reliable rental! Hosts communicate very well!! Will be renting from them again!
Perfect vehicle for the trip! The crosstrek was great for the braving the rain and wind and for adventuring around the island. Pickup and checkout were easy and Alii provided great communication and instructions. I had a wonderful trip and am so happy with the car and rental experience.
They were quick with communication and shuttle drop off and pick up. Car was not very clean though. The seats really need to be shampooed.
Awesome clean vehicle, tons of technology and perfect for the island Pickup/drop-off was smooth
Clean car, great service, very accommodating when our schedule changed.
Second time renting a car from Alii. Another fantastic experience. Even delivered the car to our hotel.
