Great car. Very clean.

Great car, clean and comfortable. Perfect for our family! Shuttle service worked out well. Thank you!

Amazing suv, very clean.

This 4Runner was an extremely nice vehicle to rent for 4 adults and luggage. I would rent it again in a heartbeat.

Great vehicle and smooth process to rent!

Great process

Had a great experience with Alii Rental Cars. They shuttled us to and from the airport for free as they said they would. Shuttle driver was very friendly. This rental was so much easier and quicker than going through one of the other rental companies on the island as we have used in the past. The car was just as described. Communication was great before, during and after our trip.

So easy! Great communication. Thank you

It was a great and easy experience. The car was super clean and drove really smoothly. Thank you!

Excellent service!

Great option for an affordable rental when visiting Kauai! The shuttle service is easy to use and our driver from the airport was excellent! We weren’t able to utilize the shuttle on our return trip (early flight), but had no issues scheduling a ride at the drop off to get back to the airport. We rented the Subaru Crosstrek, which had great gas mileage for navigating around the island. The staff were quick to respond with questions and very friendly. Overall, it was a great experience!

Very clean interior. Easy pick up and drop off.

Vehicle ready on time Shuttle service from airport to pickup was convenient, driver polite and courteous No issues with vehicle based on condition and mileage Return was straight forward and efficient, shuttle driver also polite and courteous. Mahalos

Flawless car and communication.

Great communication, shuttle service quick and comfortable

Easy pickup and return, would use it again on future Kauai trips! 👍

Kavika was very helpful and enthusiastic about providing quality service. The logistics for pickup were smooth and the car was in great condition! Thank you for the great experience!

We loved this jeep! We had a little bit of a hiccup at the beginning with pick up, but the ladies there got everything cleared up. Great customer service :)

Truck was in great condition at pickup and the airport shuttle driver was so cheerful, fun, and welcoming.

Clean new car in great condition. Shuttle was easy to contact and very comfortable. Alii rental cars was easy to communicate with. Very responsive. Having AWD was so important on this island, especially after the recent storms. Would highly recommend.
