Car was in great condition and was the perfect ride for our trip in Kauai. The shuttle service was perfection! Kind and helpful drivers. No need to park next to the busy airport, win, win. I highly recommend!
They pick up you and drop off you at the airport. Everything went smoothly, great car for this island!
Joe was our pick up guy at the airport! SUPER AWESOME! Car was clean and functional!
Worked great for our family. The shuttle made it easy.

Great company! The pickup and drop off were great. Friendly shuttle drivers
Super easy pick up and return, clean and very nice car that was well equipped. Will definitly use Alii again.
Great car - clean and safe. Easy to get picked up in the shuttle. Would definitely rent again.
Great experience with this car. Communication was great entire trip, pick up and drop off was extremely easy. Vehicle was clean and in great condition. Perfect for our trip.
Awesome car Awesome people Awesome company 🤙Mahalo Alii rentals
Clean car, good customer service, quick responses. Pick-up/drop-off location was not communicated until we landed, so we didn’t know that the car was not located at the airport till then. Shuttle service worked out, but caused some inconvenience especially on the way back - had to spend about 30 mins waiting for the next shuttle as we were a party of 4, and they had other customers waiting in line. We had to rush to catch our flight. Plan extra time for the shuttle.
Straight forward and easy process! Host was very responsive!
Great car! Perfect for exploring Kaua’i. Pickup from and drop off to the airport was quick and convenient. Friendly service. Highly recommend this rental.
Everything from start to end was flawless with Ali Rentals. The pickup shuttle and drop off with great cars and awesome drivers who made both trips a joy for the short ride. The cars top notch and the communication excellent. Will no doubt rent again!
Super smooth pick up/drop off and a wonderful car! My hubby often travels from Oahu to Kauai to work and we will definitely book with them again!
Hello, We had a pleasant experience with your service, particularly appreciating the shuttle services provided and the car was cleaned. However, we encountered an issue with the car's features. Despite being advertised as having Apple CarPlay compatibility in the car description, we found that it only supported Android devices. As we exclusively use Apple phones, this was quite disappointing. We hope that, in the future, the technical details provided will be accurate and reliable. Thank you.
Easy and convenient. Cheaper that car rental company
Great customer service, with easy options for Airport arrival. Clean, well serviced vehicle; super fun wheels for island touring! 10/10 would rent with Alii again!!
