It was an easy pick up and drop off.

Everything was really spot on with our rental. The only thing you should be aware of is if you need to return the vehicle before 7am for an early flight, the shuttle from the lot back to the airport is unavailable. We had to pay an Uber $35 to drive us just a few miles to the airport at 5:30am. Would still use Alii rentals again, just want to help others understand this possibility for early flights.

We rented with Ali'i Rentals for our week on Kauai and it was a great experience: smooth pickup and drop-off and the car was ready when we arrived. I'll bet that I was in my car and on my way before anyone from my flight had even gotten in line at the national car agencies. Plus, we eliminated another stop by having them add in a couple of boogie boards, which were waiting for us in the trunk! This is the only way we'll rent on the island from now on.

Read instructions ahead of time so you be sure to get your ride to and from the airport. Great experience!

Loved this little jeep to get aroumd Kauai. Ran great, clean and good on gas. Also roomy. Pickup right up hill from cruise port about 10 to 15 minute walk.

Super easy and convenient. The transport from the airport was quick and easy. When I go back I’m definitely going to try to go through Alii again. Thank you guys!

Twelve stars, hands down. Skip the horrible operations inside the gate at LIH and use Ali’i instead. I’m never going back to the big names.
