Easy pick up and return. Would recommend.
The vehicle, shuttle, and shuttle drivers were all top notch. Will absolutely rent from Alii next time. They are awesome!
The Jeep Wrangler was amazing. It was fully loaded, drive great, and easy to take the top down. Highly recommend for an awesome Kauai experience.
Ali Rental Cars was very easy to work with. The car was clean, pick up and drop off was easy, and when we had an issue with the vehicle, they responded quickly.
We loved the car! Pick up from the airport was a breeze. Not waiting in the long lines to pick up your rental is the best way to start your Kauai trip.
Everything went smoothly from prompt, friendly drivers, clean vehicle and easy to use app.
The perfect car for the island! Absolutely loved it & has great mileage
Getting the car was a breeze. We unfortunately got hit while parked at the grocery store and Ali made it so easy for us. We returned the car normally, they handled all the trouble and simply sent a final 0$ dommage invoice. I definitely recommend booking any of their car!
Everything that we needed for this trip! Great vehicle
Car was in great condition. Although I failed to follow their directions and got on the wrong shuttle they were still kind enough to pick me up at a different location close to where the car was. Excellent service and a wonderful experience.
Great experience. Shuttle driver was great, pickup and drop off were easy. Good car except for some electrical problems.
Great and easy way to rent a car! Communication was super clear and effective and we were able to get to and from the airport smoothly! Thank you so much!
The vehicle was perfect! Was an easy pick up and easy drop off with the shuttle services. Thank you Alii Rental Cars!
Super easy drop off and pick up process - quick and efficient. Car was in great shape. Shuttle to/from airport was awesome. Good car for a large family to cruise the island.
It was a great touring car and helped us to see the island from north to south and east to west. Very comfotable and economic. The car was well cleaned and the shuttle service is a great thing to add to the positive experience we had with Ali Rental. Mahalo
