Sara was amazing!!! The car was so much fun! I definitely recommend it for future

Very enjoyable experience! Easy and convenient service provided during our trip. Would use again!

The car was very good, excellent service , easy and practical, and the shuttle guy was so friendly.

Awesome experience. Super easy check in/out. Car was clean, drove smooth, and was perfect for getting around the island. I would use them again in the future. Note: they no longer drop the car off to you at the airport, but they have a shuttle service. The lot is about 10 minutes away. The driver was friendly, accommodating, and gave good recommendations.

Great Car rental company super well Organized!! Car Was great and wish we took advantage of adding the ice chest rental and beach gear definitely do it!

Alii is very communicative and nice. I got stucked in traffic for hours and didn't charge any late return. Car is fun to drive, clean and would highly recommend it.

Car was in perfect condition. Sarah made the process really easy, quick, and painless. She was also super warm and welcoming. We will definitely rent from them again in the future.

Absolutely seamless pickup and drop off. The owner shuttled us back to the airport and was fantastic. Highly recommend!! Much better than the usual rental car companies on the island.

Car was decent but windshield wipers were not very good- made things blurry. Not so great with intermittent rains and narrow dark roads. Car ran fine, carplay worked. Sarah and the shuttle were excellent and friendly

Batterie was down the second day, support should take 1,5/2h. Needed to ask stranger to jumpstart it

Perfect car for our adventure! Totally seamless.

The Crosstrek was great to drive around the island. Very smooth and versatile car. The shuttle was very convenient from the airport to the pick up location and the drivers were very friendly.

Alii Rentals was great 👍 great communication, their shuttle service from the airport is awesome to avoid fees. Shuttle drivers were amazing! The vehicle rented was overall excellent, exactly what we needed for our trip in Kauai.

Alii rental car was great. Car was clean and in good condition. Shuttle was quick and efficient to and from the airport. Definitely one of better Hawaii rental car experiences. Would recommend

Shuttle pickup and drop off was very convenient. Seats were cloth and stained but so much room for luggage —-this is perfect for all your stuff

We had a great time on our trip. There were a couple of unforeseeable issues in the booking and while we had the car. But Ali’i was incredibly responsive and ensured that we had a great experience. The Jeep was amazing (we kind of want one ourselves now :) ), and the airport pickup and drop off were quick and efficient. It was a highlight of the trip when there were so many people waiting around to load up in the big rental agency vans and packing themselves in when the vans arrived. When Ali’i pulled up we were able to jump right into the Jeep Cherokee and laugh at the mob as we drove away.

Great car and wonderful experience with the Alii team! Would rent from this team again.

Great car for the trip! Easy to get to the lot and great communication.

Great vehicle and sooo much easier than dealing with the lines at the rental places!!! Highly recommend.

Ali Rentals was absolutely wonderful. Super friendly service with a great shuttle to get you to and from the airport. Definitely recommend if you are visiting Kauai.
