Outstanding service. All around great vehicle. I thoroughly enjoyed my time w this vehicle on the island. Got some great sunsets.

Everything went well - perfect transfer, communication and the car was greatly prepared

Extremely convenient rental! Clean and just like the photos. Would highly recommend. Pickup and drop off service was easy and great communication.

Great rental option. Just need Sunday shuttle service to airport on Kauai HI

Easy drop-off and pickup with friendly staff, will definitely use again.

Smooth and easy experience. Older truck had minor issues and quirks but nothing unexpected. Overall great!

We had a wonderful experience!! We were on the Norwegian Cruise Ship and the parking lot to pick up the vehicle was a short 10 minute walk from the pier! Check in was so simple, keys in the car and upload a few pictures before you leave! I will rent from them again!

Easy shuttle service from the airport!

Owner was great to work with and made the process incredibly simple. Drivers were very personable and the Jeep was in great condition.

Amazing! Justus and Sarah as our shuttle drivers were so damn friendly. Jeep was so fun to drive around and got all our beach stuff and the yeti cooler kept all our stuff icey. 10/10.

Was blown away at how great and easy it was. Car was excellent and in great condition. They answered all my questions swifty in a professionally manner at all times. Definitely recommend going with them while here in Kauai.

Ali’i rentals was fantastic to do business with. The shuttle driver was a joy and very flexible/responsive. They allowed me to extend my rental last minute when our flight was delayed and that allowed us to see Waimea Canyon on a perfectly clear morning instead of waiting around at the airport. The car had no issues dealing with the rain and muddy lots on the island. Good value, great experience.

Super easy pickup and drop off, staff were very friendly and the car was great!

Overall - Good Experience

Jeep was just as described. Pickup and drop off at the airport went very smoothly

This was ideal for our trip. Again, I wish this company provided a military discount, but overall I highly recommend. They were very responsive and easy to work with. Answering all questions.

Super easy process for pickup/drop off and so convenient that we were able to add a car seat for our little one. Alii was super responsive the whole time with questions I had and with adjusting our drop off time. Will definitely use them again!

Great vehicle! I was initially concerned about the noise from the tires then I realized that they were much newer than expected. No issues or problems.

Alii cars was phenomenal! Would 100% rent from them again

Awesome car, nice people, everything went smoothly!
