It drove fine, was a nice car! Pick up and drop off was fine. I didn’t like how the seats and items were stained, but I know it’s a used car.
Friendly people and a great organisation, even the shuttle service to the airport was convenient. Car was in great condition.
Very easy to work with Alii rental cars. They are very responsive and helpful. Shuttle service arrived at Lihue airport within minutes. Would definitely work with them again.
First class! Easy! Great to work with!
Thank you! We had a very nice trip and the rental car was great and easy to get. Thank you!
Alii made this incredibly easy. The shuttle got us to and from on time, the drivers were very friendly, and I would absolutely use this again.
Easy communication. We rented for 2 day stop in Kauai from NCL Pride of America cruise, which was very convenient! Short 10 min walk from cruise terminal to Alii lot (although uphill going but wasn’t terrible). We were able to keep car parked overnight in same lot and avoid any parking fees. Beach chairs and umbrella we’re definitely a nice addition. Thanks to Alii for great service! Highly recommend!
Fantastic Jeep on a budget. We toured nearly the whole island in it. 4wd is helpful for some destinations. Very responsive when you have a question. Would rent again without a doubt.
Great service from Ali Cars and a superb car…thank you 😊
Wonderful car and service! Thank you so much!
Wonderful, really professional. The car was clean and ran well.
Excellent first experience with you to and Alli car rental. Everything was seamless.
This was a great experience! Nice car and add ons, convenient pick up/drop off.
Honestly it was easy - do this over the big brands. Car was great, shuttle drivers were timely, really straightforward.
Awesome. Awesome…. Awesome!!! Loved the beach equipment. Super useful
Car was great and in great condition. Good gas mileage which helped since we drove the whole island! Waited ~20 min for shuttle to car lot from LIH because we’d just missed the departing shuttle, but return trip from lot to airport very quick (seemed like they had 2 shuttles running at that time) and drivers were nice. Would recommend!
Super easy and professional. Pick up and drop off was a breeze and the car was great! Just what we needed.
