Easy breezy, shuttle service was great and quick responses on the app.
Shuttle was easy. Jeep was great. Overall an easy process. I have to admit I am not very tech savvy and was quite nervous about the no touch process but everything went really smoothly.
Everything was seamless and the car was great!
Jeep Grand Cherokee was very clean. Good communication, shuttle was quick to respond. Answered the phone right away when I called from baggage claim and was there waiting at the car rental pickup area by the time I got there.

Super easy to pick up and return the car. Everything as expected.
Beautiful vehicle. Nice shuttle drivers. Remember pickup is in Lihue. Dropoff in Lihue town too so leave lots of time, we didn’t and it was stressful.

Nice size for my family needs. I had minor issues that was taken cared of right away. General Manager, Shiloh was awesome and took care of my request. I will definitely use Alii Rental again.

The Highlander was perfect size for my family. Hauled my family around comfortably. Customer Service was awesome when I had issues. They were very responsive and took care of my request right away without any hiccups to our vacation. I will definitely use them again.
