Nice car. Clean and car owner very communicative. Would rent again.
This was a very seamless rental process while we were visiting Kauai. The check-in and check-out instructions that were sent through the app were clear and not confusing. I appreciated having to take pics of the car during check in b/c it time stamps when you took the photos so there isn’t any issue if there are already dings on the car. The shuttle service was fast and the drivers were very friendly. The shuttle service is only a SUV car and only has space for the primary renter so you’ll need to pick up the rest of the people you’re traveling with at the airport after the shuttle takes you to your car. When you fly out, you’ll need to drop them off at the airport first and then take the car to the lot then take the shuttle car back —so just account for timing. But the car was great to use the 5 days we were there. Got to explore the entire island with no issues.
This car rental was affordable and easy to check in and check out. The shuttle was easy to navigate as well. Ali'i had a wider variety of rentals available for a great price which was the main reason for going with them. Would get them again when we're here!

If bonus stars were possible, I would give them. Great experience with Alii Rentals. Sarah was awesome! We came in on a cruise ship and rented for two days. 90 minutes from needing to be back on board the ship, we had a problem with the vehicle due to vandals. I called Sarah and she arranged for one of the owners to assist us and he was on site in about 15 minutes. We resolved the issue and Sarah got us back with time to spare so we didn’t miss the cruise. Excellent service from beginning to end and we will rent from Alli next time we are in Kauai - mahalo!
This was the easiest process. They have so many cars to change from. Drop off and pick up was a breeze. My first time. We will use them again when we come back.
Alii Rental Cars highly recommended!! The Jeep Wrangler was perfect ride. It was clean, comfortable and right size for my family needs. Also, Complimentary shuttle from and to the airport was major selling point. Finally, awesome customer service especially General Manager, Shiloh. He was responsive and accommodating to our request. Definitely will use them in our future car rental needs in Kauai.

We rented from them while on our Norwegian cruise in Kauai, the place is right up a hill outside of the port - 10 minute walk - easily walkable for a person in mediocre shape. The car was clean, full of gas, exactly as described and there was a no contact pickup. They allow you to park the car overnight in their lot for a 2 day rental. We were lucky enough to receive a ride from their shuttle back to the cruise ship after drop off both days which was great. Highly recommend renting from here if you’re coming off of a cruise ship.

Such an easy way to rent! The shuttle drivers were great and it was so nice to be able to not pay the airport fee. We had no issues the entire trip. Will definitely rent from them again!!
