Alli Rental in Kauai was amazing. I got off the plane walked to the car rental area & it was packed with people waiting for shuttles. I called the number for Alli shuttle & the driver was there within 10 min & I was off to get my rental car. Total time maybe 20 min whereas if you rent a car threw big rental agencies you are going to be waiting a hour or more.
A must if visiting Kauai. The option to add beach chairs and a cooler came is handy multiple times during our trip. Great shuttle service too, very kind and efficient!
The whole experience was great. The pick up was quick and easy and the car was perfect for tight parking spaces on Kauai!

From start to finish, Alii Rental Cars facilitated an incredibly smooth process. Ideal for cruise ship passengers. It is about a 10 minute walk from the terminal. Being able to rent a car allowed us the freedom to see the whole island during our stop in Kauai. Mahalo, Alii Rental Cars.
Very convenient pickup location walking distance from cruise ship port. Car was ready as promised and was easy to find. Drop off was smooth as well. Car was a bit banged up when we received it, specifically it looked like it had been in an accident- the passenger side door was very dented and tended to stick when trying to open it, and when driving it there was a lot of road/wind noise from that side- needs a trip to the body shop/ mechanic. But the car in general ran fine for our 2 day trip on Kauai.
The shuttle service was clutch, car was super clean, very responsive host!

Car was good and pick up was super easy. Drop off, however, was challenging and caused a big delay. Ended up needing to call an Uber in order to not be late.
Great communication. Easy access from the airport (shuttle) and cruise port (a little sketchy of a walk but we did it). I would definitely use them again.
