Extremely easy and the car was amazing. Will definitely use Alii again!
Amazing service, best shuttle driver ever
Awesome! Wonderful pickup and drop off experience!!!
Alii rental cars was very awesome on communication and they also made sure I got to my rental and it was so amazing ❤️
We were on the circle-Hawaii cruise on NCL and this was one of my smarter planning decisions. Lika and Erwin, the owners, have served cruise passengers for a long time (they also serve the airport) and know secrets you would have trouble finding out, such as how to get into the cruise terminal the back way to up pick up and drop off your passengers, who would otherwise have to walk out the 15 minutes to the nearest parking. Our Nissan Altima was in emasculate shape. Pick and return was no sweat (they meet you and you drive them home - not far). I’d rent from them again in a heartbeat. Hope I get the chance.
Easy shuttle service. Clean and reliable car - mahalo!
Awesome experience. Would do it again. Thank you.
Excellent job. Very professional and courteous service
Used Alii Rental when in port with Norwegian Cruise. 15 minute walk from ship to pickup. Good communication and helpful staff. Car was as described. Easy checkout and check in. Would use again.
What a smooth process… from beginning to end. Keep was as described and hauled us around over 1200 miles on a 10day trip to Kauai. Will be back and will count on Alii again..
Very easy picking up the car and dropping off. The electrical in the car for charging phones did not work though, which made it challenging when we were out all day.
Easy pickup and drop off, car was as pictured. Communication was easy.
Great experience! The pick up was very easy, the car was great and car drop off (and airport drop off) was easy as well. Never had to wait more than 10 min for their “shuttle” which is a jeep grand cherokee. Very convenient and will use this rental service on my next trip to Kauai. Mahalo!
Great car, agile and good on bumps. Great service.
Everything went great, will rent again!
Simple and straightforward experience. Pretty much as modern experience you can get right now and having the digital experience both pre and post-trip, especially with knowing exactly what car you get and the potential add-ons, is much more convenient than the traditional airport rental companies. We initially weren't fond of the shuttle rules when we were the only ones during pickup and I had my wife wait at the airport, but we quickly understood the benefit when another group didn't follow those instructions during dropoff. I simply just got in the shuttle with zero luggage and was on-and-off in seconds whereas the other group was hauling all their luggage around and filling up the rest of the shuttle. Overall, a great experience and happy to recommend Ali'l to anyone else considering a convenient rental option when visiting Kauai!
Easy process and great shuttle drivers
