Easy pickup, great location for those coming in on cruise ship!
Great process! Really loved the shuttle situation! The car was great for getting from place to place. Potential renters, Note: the car doesn’t have an integrated screen that supports car play or android auto so navigation was a little tricky, had I thought about it ahead of time I would have brought a portable phone mount for the dash or windshield so I could see the map at a short glance.
Great car, helpful host, everything was great!
Great experience! Would recommend!
Great service, car is in excellent condition. Perfect for what we needed - driving to beaches around the island mostly on paved road.
Car was perfect for what we needed. Ran great and was delivered in spotless condition
Great truck, definitely felt like a local driving it as there are so many tacomas on the road here. Only complaint is that the key fob lost battery power half way into the trip.
The vehicle was perfect for exploring the entire island.
Best experience ever with a rental, Ali’i made this trip so easy. Communication was on point. Will definitely rent from this company on all my trips to Kauai. Mahalo for such an amazing experience.
Alii rentals made everything super easy. They sent very clear instructions for pick up and drop off. Car was in great shape. Super responsive with the messages I sent. I can’t recommend them enough.
Great car to get around the island, and great service to and from the airport!
We had a great experience with our car on Kauai. Everything was easy and as explained in the rental. We would use them again.
Excellent service, loved the car
Very happy with the service. Fast shuttle response time. Drop off back to airport was quick. Will use again in the future!
Alii rentals was great! The shuttle from the airport was quick and easy with the car lot about 6 min away from the airport. We rented a cooler add on to go with our Jeep- which was great to have for the week! Highly recommend Alii rentals if renting in Kauai and want a cool car for a much better price than the standard rental companies!
Great car great service great island.
The Jeep Cherokee was everything I had expected and worked out perfectly.
Vehicle was in great condition and pick up and drop off was really well organized.
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Flight arrived early and the vehicle cleaning was expedited to all for a slightly earlier pickup.
