Great and convenient pickup! Fun and easy car to drive around!!!
Everything was good. Easy and convenient, would book again.
The company goes above and beyond to make sure guests get the best experience while visiting Kauai. We had some issues with this particular Silver Jeep Renegade. Alii Rentals communicated quickly and acted quickly to resolve the issue. Thank you for the great experience. Will definitely do business with Alii rentals for the future. Mahalo
Easy to rent, no problems to report. We got perfect timing with the airport shuttle both ways, no wait time.
Car quality was excellent the pick up and drop off makes it so easy, reliable and convenient. I would recommend it to anyone traveling.
Loved this car!! Perfect for Hawaii! Easy airport pickup and drop off 😊
Vehicle was great! Loved that the host let us drop off without vacuuming, super duper convenient!
Great car. Would book again. Was perfect amount of room to get around the island.
Easy rental and everything worked great. Would rent again
Easy to use. Convenient. Car in decent shape.
Car was clean, hosts responded quickly, using the shuttle was easy, and directions given by host about pickup/dropoff were super clear! 100% I’d book with them again.
Great car as described. Perfect for our visit to Kauai! Great on gas and lots of room. Sunroof was nice as welll.
The only problem was when I went to change to airport pick up, it still made us take an Uber to a parking lot to pick up/drop off car to and from Airport. Make sure you specify airport pickup since our Uber was $50.00 one leg!
Super kind and easy to work with, even after I made a big mistake, they handled it with a large amount of grace and were kind through the entire process. Car was clean and in great shape. Would definitely rent again!
The Host worked with me on a drop off because your shuttle didn’t start until 7 AM the distance away from the airport Thank you And I needed to be to the airport earlier could not get a Uber or shuttle to go to that location and drop off
