Great car.

Pick up and drop off was simple and easy. The car was great, gas mileage In particular was really good for us. Perfect experience

Exactly as described! Easy to use the shuttle, the car was in great condition, pleasure to drive in Kauai.

The shuttle between the airport and their parking lot runs every 25min but I only had to wait about 10min at the airport. I did have to text them to ask how frequently the shuttle runs as it didn’t specify in the instructions. Other than that, pick up and drop off were super easy and communication was very quick!

I rented a Toyota Sienna van and it was great!! No issues at all with the vehicle and actually helped save money because it was a hybrid. I liked that Alii doesn't require the vehicle to be cleaned before returning it; just fill the tank with fuel like at a traditional rental car company. Very convenient service and love that there is no rental car line to wait in. Will rent from them again, Mahalo!!

great car, pickup location really close to airport. Easy instructions, highly recommended for anyone who wants a rental car

Car worked great, and windshield wipers worked great as well. Shuttle and instructions were easy and accurate, and Jessie the shuttle driver was awesome

Simple and easy - as advertised. Wish I had to take fewer pictures, but that’s the nature of the beast! 🙃

Easy process. Thank you.

Easy pickup and drop off.

Smooth and easy trip. Mahalo!

Great car and very efficient

Car was as expected, communications were excellent. I would rent again.

Easy pick up and drop off experience! Will def book a car rental with them again!

Everything was perfect ! I highly recommend 😊 Mahalo ! 🌺

Top notch rental. Highly recommend!! Made our trip in and out of Lihue Airport simple and easy. The car was clean and perfect for cruising around the island. Would rent again.

Location for pickup was an easy walk from the ship. The car was in great shape and ran well for us.

Overall the experience was good. However on the day of our departure we dropped off the vehicle at 7:00 am and the shuttle did not show up. We had to take an Uber to the airport or else we would have missed our flight.

Easy to access from the airport with the shuttle service included

Everything about this transaction was delightful..
