The pickup process was quick and easy. The Jeep was in great driving condition. The only complaint I have is the air conditioner is spotty. I had to fidget with it to get it to turn on. Not a huge issue since there’s not many times when you really need it but after a long hike or day at the beach it’s nice to be able to turn on the AC and cool off.

Jeep was very nice owner was super responsive. Only issue is one shuttle so if you don’t get on it’s a 45 min wait till the next one. They need 2 shuttles.

We’ve rented a Jeep in Hawaii a few times over the years and this was the best one by far! Brand new, fuel efficient, and very easy to remove the top. This is the second time renting with Alii and they were top notch as usual!

Is the vehicle you would want in Hawaii or anywhere in the islands awesome vehicle good gas mileage 10 out of 10 would recommend very easy to work with highly recommend recommended.

good vehicle for our time on the island. it’s a bit beat up with some scratches, scuffs, and dents already, but not a big deal since we’re just renting for a bit. alii rental cars was very responsive with any questions and provided all information needed for an easy pickup and drop off process.

This was a great rental to have while in Kauai! They make it easy to pick up and drop off the car, with a shuttle included to and from the airport. They were also extraordinarily accommodating to extending our rental for a couple due to our flight being delayed. I would definitely recommend this for anyone visiting the island!

No issues at all. The Subaru Crosstrek was a fun, comfortable, and economical little car to drive. Also, very easy on fuel which is nice with the gas prices on the island.
