Excellent Host. Our experience was Great-All details about the car and transportation to and from the airport were clear and accurate. The vehicle was clean and performed flawlessly. Highly recommend, I will rent from them again when next on Island.
Car was perfect! Directions were clear and easy to follow. I would highly recommend using this company. Thank you for a great experience!
This car was great for our Kauai trip. Loved that the soft too could come down made driving around the island so much more memorable. Would definitely get this car again when coming back to Kauai. The only thing is we couldn’t get the apple car play to work but overall great experience.
The car was great for our trip. It was clean and was an easy pick up and drop off. Would definitely use again
First time user. Process was easy to follow would have liked a little more information on pickup and drop off times although a message got me the adjustment I needed. Vehicle was perfect, clean easy to find in the lot. Shuttle driver was great, very helpful with my questions.
Rental car we got was nice and clean.
A great service and an awesome vehicle for the island… definitely recommend

Easy Peasy, shuttle, car and location all worked well for us! Mahalo!
The car was in good condition and perfect for our Kauai vacation. The shuttle to and from the airport was easy to use.
Our booking was absolutely smooth through Alii Rental Cars, no surprises and great vehicle. The pick up and delivery process was quick and easy.
It was great ! Our host advised us to have fun and relax , he will take care of the rest ! Vehicle was amazing ! Must rent this vehicle ! You will love it ! Smooth ride !
Quick response times via phone and app, the vehicle we reserved was the one we drove on our trip, and the vehicle was easy to find in pickup. The shuttle was available immediately upon our arrival at the airport, however, on our departure, we waited 25 minutes for the shuttle to show and then ultimately spent money on an Uber. Waiting 25 minutes for a shuttle is ridiculous when we had a scheduled drop off time.
