Car was in great shape and had easy to follow instructions on how to access the vehicle off-airport. Would use again.

Great car! Very peppy and great gas mileage.

Fantastic car!! Would rent again

Great car and good communication. 5 stars

Fourth time with Alii! Convenient shuttle service to and from Target lot where the cars are. Friendly shuttle drivers, good truck and at a good price. Try Alii!!

Great vehicle! Loved having part electric, saved us on gas. Great service, car as expected, clean in great shape, rode perfect. Would rent again!

great car and super easy pickup and drop off! would definitely use again

A great organization with the airport pick up! The vehicle was great and the team really responsive when needed 🙏🏼 would highly recommend!

Car had an issue, however the owner was very responsive and traded out our car right away. Even came to our hotel so we would not be inconvenienced.

Wonderful vehicle for the island! The pickup and drop off process was easy and the host was extremely responsive.

Easy pick up and drove off. Clean car. GREAT ON GAS.

Clean/safe great car for getting around the island.

Excellent service. Thank you.

The car got us from point A to point B and all the extras we ordered were in the trunk, packed, ready to go. Our biggest issue was the car was really very, very dirty. There are old stains on the seats and roof. The high touch surface points were pretty worn and grubby. If you hit the seat, a pouf of dust/ sand(?) came flying out. The car has no hub caps. The high touch fabric surfaces all have old red dirt stains from previous renters who probably went on hikes. The car did the job but it was not the level of cleanliness I expected from a professional rental car company.

It went well. The shuttle back and forth, pick up/drop off was super easy! Lihue airport has such a good set up for this, it’s wonderful and so smooth. Only issue was the air conditioner. Even when it was on lowest setting it was so loud we couldn’t hear ourselves think. 😂 I have no idea what was wrong, but something was wonky with this car in particular. Lots of dings, scratches and such in this vehicle-way rougher than pictures showed, but it didn’t bother us bc it still ran fine other than the ac. It was cold so it was okay. We just turned it off frequently so we could chat on our drive. 😊 I’m sure this company has other vehicles that don’t have issues, but this one just needed some maintenance. 😊

Great easy to use and convenient service out of Kauai.

Excelent experience!!

Quick communication, super easy flexibility when our trip departure date was moved later due to weather. Thanks again!

We absolutely loved our Jeep during our vacation! It was exactly as described! We had the best experience using Alii Rentals Cars to get our car.

This Jeep was a perfect adventure vehicle for our family’s trip to Kauai!
