Pickup and drop off was so easy, and the car was great!
Very good and clear communication with the host which made whole experience a breeze; however the car itself felt a bit run down with squeaky doors, wobbly rearview mirror, licence plate frame fixed with only two screws and rattling everytime the trunk was closed, blinker lever not always wanting to stay up to indicate a right turn; also there was no wiper fluid. All while noticeable, only very minor inconveniences, and overall the car took where we wanted and back.
They are always very responsive and cars are in very good condition a very good price

Can’t recommend enough! This Jeep was perfect for our week exploring the island. Pristine condition, comfortable, easy to drive, and fun! Host was very helpful and responsive. The pick up and drop off process couldn’t have been easier. We used Uber vs shuttle to make it even more so. Can’t wait to be back and we will definitely rent this car again!

Renting with Alii was an absolute breeze! From start to finish, the process was seamless. The app made it incredibly easy to find the perfect car for my trip, and the selection was fantastic. Reliable car for your needs on Kauai. Only feedback is that the key fob did not work, so had to manually lock and unlock the car. Otherwise great experience!
Pay the extra fee and use the shuttle service. It is worth it. My return driver was great. Recommend the car registration be current.
Pretty good overall. We noticed roaches in the car on our second to last day. We notified Alii and they said they would treat it when we returned the car. If this were earlier in our trip it would have been a problem for us.
Shiloh was absolutely WONDERFUL! Highly recommend on customer service and you definitely need to rent a Jeep to enjoy the beautiful sites with the front top panels off. Aloha!
