Pickup/dropoff was easy. Response time was very quick
We had a great experience! The host was very responsive and provided all the details we needed. The truck was fun to drive around the island and explore in. Everything was perfect. Thank you!
Easy checkin & out with free shuttle. Car in great condition. Would definitely book again. Mahalo!
They have alii sign next to hertz and all the hotel shuttle board which can be confusing. In reality you need to wait elsewhere outside the B baggage claim (instead of across the street where hotel shuttles come and where they have their name sign up). You can miss shuttle easily and it can be frustrating.
Everything from pickup to drop off was great. The van rode smoothly from one end of the island to the other with no issues.
clear instructions, easy pick up, friendly support, the car was running with no problems
Excellent. Had a minor issue that was promptly and easily resolved and even received a discount on the rental for my minor inconvenience. Great car, great pick up/drop off process. Would definitely rent here again if I come back to Kauai.
Great renter. Super responsive. Clean. Affordable. Will look for their vehicles in the future!
The perfect car and host for the perfect place! Car was in amazing condition and so fun to drive. The Ali’i team was communicative and helpful throughout, and I even got some great local recs! Can’t wait to be back on Kaua’i again.
Excellent experience all around, mahalo!
Great trip! Everything was very clear and easy to handle and it was a fun car to zip around the island in.
Car was clean. Pick-up was fast. Host was great.
Excellent car with excellent service !!! They’re the best !! Definitely recommend !!
Due for tires. Very clean though. Everything worked. Ran great. No problems with anything. Over-all a great experience! Thanks!
