Host was great! Clear instructions and seamless way to rent a car on the island. Glad we could enjoy the trip without any hassles. The shuttle bus drivers were great! This vehicle did occasionally have a “brake” alert warning pop up occasionally while cruising on the highway with no cars in front of us. I figured it was just the car system just being trigged by oncoming traffic. Would look to rent again next time on our visit to Kauai!

Such an enjoyable experience! Instructions were clear, vehicle was in great condition, and very clean. We added on the beach chairs and umbrellas and they came in handy! We would gladly rent from this company again! Mahalo😊

Quick and easy check in /check out process! Loved having the top off, rode nice and was decent on gas! Host was super responsive and the shuttle to/from airport was a nice bonus :) thanks!!

Was a little unsure if this service but it worked out brilliantly and seamlessly. Got a car that would have cost far more than a rental agency and it was great. Only one suggestion, since it was a hybrid, make sure it is fully charged so an alternate fuel option is ready for use.

Easy to find, shuttle takes and picks you up from the airport. Drivers were super nice and helped with bags. Host sent directions clearly and it was easy to extend our trip.

Excellent!?

Great service! Great car and communication!

Easy pick up and drop off. Shuttle to and from airport🤙🏽

Thank you

Great car but small dent in front and rear fenders

This company is so easy to rent from. Pick up and drop off were a breeze. Didn't have to take time to wash or vacuum either and that was a huge timesaver.

The Subaru handled the rain and mud like a champ and we felt very comfortable driving around Kauai in it. The process was easy for pick up and drop off and the host was easy to work with. Would definitely rent again!

The rental car was very nice. The process to get and return the car was super easy.

Two days into the trip, I found both front tires were completely balled on the inside, with cords showing. I didn't feel safe with this car to continue my trip with this car. Made a call and had another car delivered to my condo in less than 2 hours.

Aliii went above and beyond! We had a slight snafu with the key fob and he immediately delivered us a new one and then when the new one didn’t work, he delivered us new vehicle. Both vehicles were in great shape and we enjoyed our trip and this was one piece of the puzzle that made it truly awesome. Would rent again from him again and again!

Nice and clean car. Very practical to haul all your beach gear as well.

Car was awesome, no issues whatsoever during our trip, made for a real fun ride around the island. Boogie boards and beach chairs were great. The host was prompt and excellent about communicating the details of pick up/drop off. Thanks a lot!!!

Awesome car!

Great rental! Easy pickup and drop-off. Jeep was clean and Alii Rentals was quick to respond to any questions.

Convenient pickup/dropoff, quality vehicle, overall great experience!
