Instructions were clear, and pick up/drop off car was easy. The car was a smooth ride and took us everywhere we had to go. Very pleased with our trip!
Great car to take around the island and very easy pick up and drop off. Thank you!
Was so great. Would rent again from Ali’i rentals. Great communication, fast shuttle and they were so great. Way better than renting from a conventional car rental company!
Easy to pick up and drop off. Great car to get around kaui in. No issues at all.
Very clean, brand new car and easy pick up and drop off process.
Great vehicle! Thank you for the shuttle ride back to the airport, so convenient.
Super easy drop off and pickup. Great communication, will definitely rent again. Also, that Jeep Gladiator is AWESOME and worth every cent. Great job, Ali’i!

Simple process with strong communication and a high quality vehicle. You can’t go wrong with Alli.
Cleanest car I’ve ever rented! Thanks for helping to make out time on Kaui’i the best!
Great service! Had an issue but the owner took care of it promptly! Heard about other rental company’s waiting 2 to 3 hours. Our wait was only minutes.. Highly recommend this Company!!!!!! Will use again and again!!!
Great car overall. Very responsive and even offered free shuttle to the airport.
Awesome experience, would recommend. Easy clean, best way to get around the island. Location is not bad just off Lihue main area. short hop to airport. Perfect setup Alii. Came over from Oahu and will use again.
Great vehicle and the add-on cooler was very useful. Boogie boards were a hit too! Providing a pre-dawn shuttle to an early flight was much appreciated!
Gorgeous Jeep!! We loved spending the week on Kauai in this Jeep! Great communication from Alii Rental Cars 🚗 too!!
The car was great for our needs. It looked good and was in new condition. The prosses was easy but because of the flight arrival and departure times I had to uber to pick up and drop off the car but it went smooth. All in all the experience was very good and will recommend Alii as the place to go for your rental car needs.
Recommend it! Great service and car.
