Very nice clean car that was well maintained and drove great
My family was very excited to be cruising around the beautiful island of Kaua'i in a jeep. Pickup and drop-off was very easy. It definitely helped enhance our experience. Would rent again!
Easy pick up and drop off, short taxi ride to the airport
Great. Everything was perfect.
The check in and check out process is really smooth! The car is great especially for the Kauai state parks.
Very pleasant rental Easy pick up and drop off Very good experience
Very nice service and friendly staff! Highly recommend!
Amazing customer service and a reliable car to take us all around Kauai.
So convenient!! Such a nice experience not dealing with big box business and waiting in lines. The car was amazing with super gas mileage. The app was easy to use with great communication via text.
It was a seemless transaction and they were very helpful and prompt.
This is the best experience we’ve had renting a car. The car itself was clean and the pick up/ drop off a breeze, no lines.
The team was very understanding when our son fell ill the last day and was very flexible with our trip changes. Highly recommend the TACOMA AND ALII RENTALS.
Easy process with pickup and drop off. Great car was perfect for what our family needed.
Extremely pleasant experience, highly recommend! Great car!
Great car in great condition and really easy to deal with. Very communicative.
Alii was great and very professional. The car was ready for us to pick up with full tank and super clean. When we returned the car, we were able to get a ride to the airport thanks to the complementary shuttle offered from 8am to 2pm. I recommend Alii rental cars to fully enjoy your Kauai vacations.
Jeep was awesome, super clean and ran well. Process was very easy.
Very clean when we picked it up. Took the shuttle after dropping off the car and it was very simple.
